  1. Subscribe

    Pick the plan that fits how many people meet at once. It renews every month, and you can cancel any time.

  2. Name your workspace

    Choose its name and the region its server runs in. It answers at your-workspace-space.sharkhex.com from the start.

  3. Invite your team

    You get the platform's admin: add your brand, your maps and your sign-in, then invite your people.

Questions and answers.

  • Who counts as a person online?

    Everyone in the platform at the same moment, members and guests alike. A plan counts the most people at once, not the accounts you have.

  • Can I cancel?

    Any time, from the link in your receipt. The platform keeps running until the end of the month you paid for; its data is then kept for 30 days and deleted.

  • Whose data is it?

    Yours. We process it only to run your platform, on your behalf.

  • Do I need technical skills?

    No. We run the server, its updates and its certificates; you run your office from the admin.
